Et voila.

Woo, new blog. You’ll forgive it’s nakedness right now but I’m still working on it. I will however be blogging more regularly than before, in fact I have at least one blog awaiting posting (my uber late birthday blog) and some random thoughts to share.

So, welome to my new, prettier and more efficient home. Just to explain a few things though:

Blog: About
This category will be used specifically for the purpose of things about the blogthat aren’t annoncements. I’m considering actually making an Update page, disable comments on that (to keep it clean) and use this for that but meh. For now, it’s just for schtuff pertaining to the blog.

Blog: Update
Yep, you guessed it, for news, reviews, screws and pews; all the blog funkiness shall be reported as so.

Comments
Until I’m totally comfortable with this place and I understand it a bit more, you will have to do two things to comment:

1. Register
2. Fill out the fields properly (name and email I believe).

My apologies if this is a pain in the arse for anyone but look at it from my viewpoint: I moved specifically because of my wish to blog more AND the fact that the old blog was killed by spam. Probably could have cleaned it up but I became disheartened (and when you have 620 spam, half of which coming from your blog, it’s no wonder). So, I have a spam filter thingy which Pete…or Scotty…well, one of those light-blues said was pretty good but even so, I don’t want to take chances. But if it all turns out well, I’ll probably not require registration (though I may, for the more trusted folk I know, authorise others to post stuff – we’ll see how and where it all goes).

Anyway, I’m off for something to eat but I’ll be back later to play with my new toy. Who knows, maybe I’ll start making posts so good that they will, in the words of my beloved if slightly eccentric friend, “soak your granny’s knickers.” At least, he makes it sound like it’s a good thing…not too sure myself.
